Christie (Meaning; Brave Grace)

Hello everybody!

Today I am going to write about a friend of my family and I. Her name is Christie Pierce (Meaning; Brave and Trustworthy), and she runs a company named FriendChips.

Christie lives with her husband Paul (Meaning; Humble) in a sort of oasis in the middle of the wheat fields, and in this place lives a little band of Chipmunks who Christie has named the "Chippies." Christie has befriended them, and the two groups have worked out to be an amazing team. Paul makes miniature scenes for Christie, and she places them outside. With a lot of patience (and treats!) Christie and the chipmunks produce a picture that is simply amazing. When you walk into Christie's booth at her craft shows, suddenly, chipmunks knit blankets, play ball, and throw parties. For my family and I, Christie is a mentor. We make Fairies, Fairy houses, and much more for our business named Willow Wood Gardens. Christie saw us at one of our craft shows and since then she's been helping us. We started out without faces for our dolls, and Christie pointed us in the right direction. After the dolls got faces, they began to sell. Over time, Christie has hatched some great ideas. Now, we are able to comfortably make our fairies without having to worry about how we will sell them! Christie has been a great help through the couple of years we've known her. Also, she's done a couple of cards with our dolls in them. The Chipmunks and the fairies are fairy cute together!

Oh, and since I was squeaking about the chipmunks...

Christie has named all of them. Each are uniquely adorable! Here are Christie's chipmunk friends;

My family and I want to thank Christie. For us Christie, you mean more than "Brave Grace." You mean "Awesome!" Thanks so much for all the support you've given us. You have given us so many good pointers and ideas throughout the years. All of the Fairies thank you! Thank you so much Christie!

Hello Everyone! Today I am going to write about the enigma that was Kaspar Hauser (Meaning; House of the Keeper of the Treasure), and my thoughts about him and his meaning. I only recently found out the sad story of Kaspar, and it inspired me to write about the unfortunate life of this young man.  The story starts on the 26th of May, 1828 in Nuremburg Germany. A young teenager stumbled onto the streets of the town, a confused look on his young face. Samhain (Meaning; End of the Harvest)

Hello everyone! It's a little late, but I though I'd do a post about a name pertaining to Halloween this year. That name is Samhain (Meaning; End of the Harvest). This name's meaning is the essence of the month of October, the last month of Harvest. Now, I haven't met any Samhains, and I'm sure you haven't either. The name is actually a girl's name, and began with the ancient Celts. Here's one reason I wouldn't want to be named Samhain; It's Halloween's original name. Yes, Samhain is the name of Halloween. It's so connected with Halloween, people with the fear of Halloween have what is called Samhainopobia. And yes, that's a real thing. Now, I know that I haven't said much good about this name, but it does have a nice meaning, "End of Harvest." Hello! May is my favorite month, as I generally find April still a little too cold where I live. But now, Spring is in full swing! May is a month full of interesting things. I'm glad I do this blog, or I'd never know what May brings! The month celebrates May Day. A meteor shower appears in the sky at this time of the year, starting April 21, and ending on May 20. It's name? Eta Aquarids. (Meaning: Luminous  Water Bearer) The birthstone is Emerald. And, the flower of the month is a Lily of the Valley. I didn't know there were flowers for every month. May seems like a month destined for beauty. Once again, I will add only five names for each gender, starting with boys. May Names (For Boys) Arell  (Meaning: Light) Arell seems a graceful name to me.
